Legislative Voice – Every day, decisions are made in Clark County, Topeka, and Washington D.C. that affect your way-of-life, your business, and impact your family.  As public policy is discussed and legislation developed, Farm Bureau is there to monitor, inform, and represent you, the member.  What’s more, our policies are developed by and voted-on by our members, not just a president or board.  These policies that we make and support are then lobbied for in Topeka and Washington.  Farm Bureau also gives members direct access to our legislators and politicians through the CapWiz program on the KFB website.  The Vote KFB program also allows members to help elect candidates that are friends of agriculture and the rural way of life.

Kansas Farm Bureau Legal Foundation – From the statehouse to the county courthouse, issues now are decided as much by judge and jury as by legislation.  The H.E.L.P.program assures that Farm Bureau will be prepared when issues must be fought in court and agricultural interests must be protected.  This foundation also helps members in need of legal representation to assure protection of their rights as landowners and agricultural business owners.
